Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing
Tattoos are 200$ per hour with a tattoo minimum of 200$ unless otherwise stated. How long a tattoo takes is determined by size, detail in the design, placement, and so many other things. If you have a budget that is still within a reasonable range, let me know. We can discuss making the design a different size, finding an easier placement on your body, or removing certain details from the tattoo to fit your budget.
What is the expected wait time for a response?
I appreciate your patience. My attention is primarily given to tattooing and the care that each drawing for upcoming tattoos is as perfect as possible. It is normal to wait a week to hear back from me for new inquiries.
What forms of payment do you take?
I accept and prefer cash, card is welcome. If you’re concerned about bringing the correct amount, you’re welcome to split payment methods. We can also discuss budget during our consultation.
Deposits
Deposits are 100$ non-refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to hold your appointment as well as discourage any tattoo no-shows. Your deposit is credited toward the cost of your tattoo on our final appointment. To honor your deposit, you must give at least 48 hours notice for any reschedules.
Design Types
I often turn away tattoo requests based off of others’ designs. It is a joy of mine to design all of the tattoos that I make; I am an artist and an illustrator. We may be able to do a similar concept, but the design itself will look a lot different from any reference imagery you bring to me. My interests include Filipinx culture and mythology, weaponry, animals, critters or creatures, florals, portraits, punk and metal. Most subject material is welcome and enjoyable to me. I do request that anything cultural belongs to either your background or mine.
Some things to consider before your appointment:
It’s best for us to determine size in person, based on the part of your body we are putting this on. My designs are meant to be at least ‘palm sized’. My hourly rate is 200$, as well as my tattoo minimum. Your deposit goes toward the cost of your tattoo at our final appointment as long as you give me 48 hours notice for any reschedules. If you miss an appointment or are unable to give me notice, then you'll forfeit your deposit and will have to send a new one in order to set up another appointment.
In preparation for your tattoo appointment, please eat plenty beforehand, get a good nights rest, bring water and snacks.
